Le fait de jouer avant l'ge de 18 ans (ou l'ge minimum lgal, selon la rgion) constitue un dlit. En effet, les conditions peuvent modifier compltement la qualit d'une offre promotionnelle. Le but de cette loi est d’ouvrir le secteur franais la concurrence tout en mettant en place des mesures de protection dont certaines sont juges un peu trop strictes.
